Our vines love the sunny days and cool nights of the high desert and our rocky mineral-rich soil. This combination of place and climate determines the grapes we grow, and we’ve chosen only the grapes that are the happiest in our neck of the woods. Though you might not be familiar with names like Monastrell, Montepuciano and Graciano, we’re certain you’ll approve of the wines they generate.

This is the inaugural Marsanne from our Estate vineyard. Like its Rhône version, ours has that supple, rich textural Marsanne quality. Mandarin twist aromas and chamomile jump out. To liven it up a bit, we added some Picpoul Blanc, which also added some lemony flavors. A great alternative to Chardonnay.

Ita’s grapes were grown specifically for Rosé: picked early, allowed to spend enough time in their skin to barely blush, and pressed at just the right time. Foot stomped whole cluster to allow for some stem influence for added lift. Pressed after 10 hours. Aromas of citrus peel and nuances of delicate raspberry give way to a refreshing, quaffable lighter style rosé inspired by the Rosés of Corsica. We believe that Ita’s should be the Arizona’s state drink due to our nearly year-round al-fresco weather.

This is our Estate rosé mainly composed of equal parts Petit Verdot and Montepulciano. Stylistically, this wine is a robust expression rosé: think of steak salad as a perfect pairing. It can even be the ideal wintertime rosé. There is a little new oak influence which gives the wine a little grip and cedar aromas.

Pavle has an unusual love affair with the region Beaujolais, in France. This humble offering is a tip-of-the-hat to the region. Composed of 50% Grenache that was produced using the carbonic method—whole cluster fermentation in an inert environment. It yielded a wine that is refreshing, fun, and an easy drinking quaff.

Although half of this blend is Monastrell, the addition of Grenache gives it a fruit forward expression redolent of bright cherries and berry compote. Monastrell still adds its savory herbaceous and tobacco hints. A tiny touch of Syrah is added for color and mid-palate.

The vision for this blend was to put a spotlight on Tempranillo's fruit character by fermenting and aging in mostly stainless steel with minimal new oak influence. Aromas of dark cherry, bay leaf, black pepper, and fig give way to the palate hinting cured meats and berries. Texturally, the wine is silky and refreshing with its vivrant acidity.

We chose some of the most expressive barrels that provide elegant, delicate, and energetic oak influences. This wine spent 17 months in barrel. Lorenzo’s developed into a show of clove spice, cherry, vibrant acidity and a lasting finish!

Composed of 50% Syrah, 30% Graciano, 18% Tempranillo, and 2% Petit Verdot. This robust Syrah gets a tannin backbone from Tempranillo and roundness from the Graciano. Olive tapenade, pepper, black plums and a touch tobacco jump out of the glass thanks to the Syrah. Perfect match with BBQ!

Showcasing Petit Verdot from our Estate. This one is unctuous and dark. There’s berry coulis in the nose and a touch of mint. We believe this grape should be associated with Arizona; we love its expression.

During the 2021 harvest, Pavle was tasting a Grenache lot while undergoing fementation. The fruity aromas were intoxicating. Typically, if allowed to age for an extended time, Grenache tends to dry out and lose some of that red-fruit allure. This wine's mission was to capture Grenache's youthful and expressive fruit character. The addition of Graciano provided some weight to the mid-palate and also aided in lending a darker hue to the wine. Aged briefly in Sylvain, and one-year old Nadalie barrels for added backbone and structure.

Overturned Arizona garrigue: thyme, wolfsbane, and sage mingling with wild berries, and ripe cherries. There’s a milk chocolate aroma lingering in there as well. This blend is driven by one of our favorite grapes in AZ—Graciano.Overall, the wine has gravitas and velvety tannins.

Aged for two years in a one-year-old Stockinger Foudre. We decided to put a spotlight on Graciano because we love its expression in Arizona. These grape’s hail from Jenny’s vineyard and is one of our best blocks. The body mimics Merlot in both weight and cushiony tannin structure. The wine is robust giving you ripe fruit.
